We finally managed to have a sunny day for our monthly Sun Oven demo at Honeyville Farms in Chandler. It’s amazing how much easier it is to show off the GSO’s attributes when you can actually cook something. Hopefully the people who attended will be inspired to start using their ovens. It’s the perfect time of year to start solar cooking. The days are long enough, and sunny enough to cook from morning to late afternoon and with the temperatures in the triple digits it’s always good to avoid heating up the kitchen.
